There was a signal strength problem with the Catering Hub PV meter (located round the back of the kitchens), so we sorted out a booster aerial for it – turning up on-site to oversee and check the meter was online.
One of the installs tripped out (which is not uncommon), but the automated email was sent and ensured that the Open University Estates Dept was alerted – and JBrand called in to investigate and fix things.
